The Fire strategy uniquely combined the detailed modelling of a moving fire and its impact on the structure through FEA. This analysis helped determine the extent of intumescent painting required for the hot rolled steel structure. This apporach provided significant client benefits whilst maintaining a robust fire strategy. The CFD analysis provided further confirmation of the overall fire strategy for the building.
