Office developments
Working with Landsec, which bought the red-brick office complex in 2005, to design the fire strategy for development. It includes office and retail facilities and the public space will include a north-south pedestrian route between Red Lion Court and the former FT building, One Southwark Bridge Road. Our involvement extends to detailed modelling of construction details to establish the extent of fire protection required.
